The 4 types of story (rotate all four)

Every story you post should do one of these jobs. Don't post only one type — the mix is what works.

1. Personality → get people to like you Your values, humour, opinions, how you treat people. The test: would a stranger think "I'd enjoy working with this person" — even with zero business talk?

2. Documentation → get people invested in your journey What you're building, your real numbers (yes, even the slow months), the lifestyle your work makes possible. Showing the lows is what makes people trust your wins.

3. Social Proof → show you get results Client wins, screenshots, and especially clips of clients talking about how it feels. Your genuine reactions to their wins hit hardest — that's care you can't fake.

4. CTA → turn trust into a conversation Only about once every 1–2 weeks. The other three earn the right to ask. Always "DM me [WORD]" — never a link (links kill your reach).

How to make a week of stories in 30 minutes

  1. All week: keep a notes file on your phone. Whenever you have a thought, opinion, win, or reality check — dump it there.
  2. Once a week (~30 min): open your notes, pick enough for 2–3 stories a day, grab a photo or clip for each, and save them all as drafts.
  3. Each day (~2 min): post that day's drafts. Add anything live on top.
